Which credit cards do you accept?
American Express, Visa, Mastercard and Discover/Novus cards are accepted, as well as debit cards which bear the Visa or Mastercard logo. Back to Top


Is my credit card secure?
Yes; credit cards are processed by Card Service International; the information is fully secured and encrypted. Card Service International guarantees that the orders and payment information are totally secure.

Yes, all information furnished is used only to fulfill your order and communicate with you by Bell Sales Company, Inc. Your information will never be distributed to any other source.

Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can. Your order will be processed and sent out within 72 hours. You may cancel your order within this time period. Back to Top

I canceled my order but I haven't received a credit yet. How long do credits take?
We submit all requests for credits within 24 hours of receipt; however, it may take 7-10 business days for you to receive your credit. You should see this on your next credit card statement or the following one, depending on where you are in your billing cycle. Back to Top

Can I return an item that is damaged, defective, or I just don't want?
DAMAGES. Please examine your order carefully. If any of the items are damaged, please contact us and we will give you an authorization to return the item. Once we recieve the item, and we are satisfied with the condition of the returned item, you will be given credit for the item.

YOUR SATISFACTION IS GUARANTEED. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us to obtain authorization to return the item. Once received, and we agree that the item is in its original condition, you will be given credit for the item.

Merchandise returned without authorization will be refused, and the carrier will charge you freight in both directions.Back to Top

What happens if the item I ordered is not available?
You will be notified within 48 hours if the item you ordered is unavailable for immediate delivery and you will be given the option to either backorder the item, substitute the item for an alternate selection or cancel your order. Back to Top

Why was I charged sales tax on my purchase?

Shipping FAQs

How long will it take to receive my order?
Your order will be processed and shipped within approximately 72 hours of receipt. The standard shipping time for orders shipped via UPS ground is 2-10 days. Back to Top

Can I have an order shipped to my P.O. Box?
No. The vast majority of our merchandise is shipped via UPS, and a valid street address is needed to ensure proper delivery. If a P.O. Box is used as a shipping address, an error message will appear when submitting the order. We also cannot deliver to A.P.O., F.P.O. or foreign addresses. Back to Top

Can I ship my order to a different address?
Yes! When you place your order and come to the Check Out screen, just replace your address with the address you want to ship your merchandise to, then continue. Remember to use a street address, not a Post Office Box, for any shipping address. Back to Top

How are shipping charges calculated?
All orders will be shipped UPS Ground Service unless otherwise specified. For orders less than $100.00 shipping charges will be $6.00. For orders over $100.00, the cost of shipping will be 6% of the cost of the goods. In Alaska and Hawaii, shipping charges are higher.
